At Marilor Restaurant, we elevate dining to an art form, combining Zakopane’s culinary traditions with a modern take on Polish cuisine. We draw inspiration from regional flavours, local ingredients, and dishes that have been served on Podhale tables for generations, giving them a contemporary, signature interpretation. Our speciality is lamb – one of the most distinctive flavours of Podhale, which we explore in many different ways. Alongside it, the menu features dishes deeply rooted in Zakopane’s culinary tradition, prepared with respect for their origins while being reinterpreted in a modern way. Every dish tells the story of the place we come from – through flavour, the quality of ingredients, the craftsmanship of our chefs, and attention to every detail.

Marilor Restaurant is located at 18 Kościuszki Street, in the historic Villa Marilor, right in the centre of Zakopane. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach us both on foot and by car, while guests arriving by car can enjoy free parking directly next to the restaurant.
